If there's an illustration in the manual of the stock (non-aero) head unit, use those button locations on your Aero stereo (example - if it says to push BAND on the stock radio and the TAPE button is in that spot on your Aero radio, push TAPE instead of BAND to get the same function when programming). This also happened with my 2002 9-3 (SE instead of stock).
