What is the no-start symptom? Click, and engine doesn't turn? Or engine turns but doesn't start?
If the engine doesn't turn at all, despite being jumped, then likely the positive battery cable is loose at the starter.
Common problem, ten minutes to fix, but you need to be under the car.
