I would just fill the tank up, no stablizer in my opinion, The full tank is not as inportant as it used to be with metal tanks. I have parked my harley every year and just park and leave. This year so long the batt was dead. I would recommend cranking a few times over the winter(maybe once a month) and moving the car a bit to try and avoid flat spots on the tires. As Lesh said might be a good idea to let it run long enough to completely warm up and dry out each time. This will also keep the batt charged.
