Swedecar - yet another head bolt question!

At the risk of getting crosswise with you with yet another question on this beat-to-death issue, I had a blown head gasket 20k miles ago when my car was still under CPO warranty. The dealer installed a new head gasket and I thought I was out of the woods.
Lo and behold, I've recently noticed an oil leak emanating from the HG/block surface right above the alternator. I also reviewed the invoice from the HG replacement 20k miles ago, and noted that head bolts were not replaced, unless they were provided as an undocumented freebie (not likely!)
I purchased a new set of headblots from eeuroparts. My question is - how likely am I to successfully stop the leak with installation of new bolts/ proper torque? Since I cannot reuse these bolts once installed, I'd like to know if it's an exercise in futility to waste these bolts on the hopes that they could stop the leak, or whether I should bite the bullet and replace HG. Or, do nothing if leak (rather slow at this point) will not likely get any worse.
Thanks in advance....
