As ScottA says. It has to be more than 0.1A to drain the battery that quickly.
Just opening the doors so that interior light comes on usually makes the draw jump to close to 2 amp and with a good battery, it should be able to make it with doors open for longer than that.
It is also important to remember that it takes several minutes for the DICE to "go to sleep". So he needs to wait for awhile after the doors has closed before measuring the draw.
I would install a new battery first of all.
