From personal experience, with my 05 9-5 SW Arc, you should be in good hands at Midtown. Dave Perry is the foreman now, and he appreciated people like us who are members of TSN.

If you have Muhammed Murji as your service advisor, you will be all right. He takes care of me, and I usually use Mohamed Lachman as my tech, number 429.

They just did the head gasket on my 99 9-5 SW Linear, but I still haven't found the source of the drip - driving me nuts - after we added some dye to find the source.

I have had two small issues with the 05 - cool starts at less than 8 degrees, which seem to be software related. There has been a recall for a pinH42-5, bulletin 2005 08, and you can probably get a software update at the same time as the head gasket.

I like the new service, with the rental guy from Enterprise right there in the service lane. Murji is fair too.
