I checked out my WIS and EPC to see how the cushions are attached, and whether the right and left seat bottom cushion are the same part. Looks doable without too much work.
1) Remove the seats. Run the seats all the way forward, remove two rear mounting screws. Run the seat all the way rearward, remove two front mounting screws. (I may have these reversed from WIS instructions, but I don't know if it matters either) Tilt seat sideways while still in car to expose the underside. Unplug a 24 pin electrical connector, and snip one cable tie to release cable from seat frame. Carry seat out of car.
2) Remove seat apron side panel where the fore-aft seat controls are located. Held to seat frame by screws located under visible plastic caps.
3) Turn seat over and remove seat cushion. The seat cushion is secured to seat frame by four screws, two in front and two in back.
At this point it appears you can swap bottom cushions from side-to-side, and then put things back together.
Good luck!
