You can look as hard as you like, until you remove that bracket you can't see number five - remember it is on the same stud as one of the other four. Definitely a DOH! moment when I realised what was going on. The WIS does not explicitely say anything about number five, it just mentions the bracket in passing. That one stud is much longer than the others as I recall, so it really looks like you got them all when you remove the four obvious ones.
