Wonder if they continued equip all
Maximas with the 0 deceleration brakes...
The traction control is also great,
cause there is none on stickshift cars ;)
In any case, the V6 engine looks good on paper
and it has good torque, even so the power band
is less wide then for ie. my chipped Aero.
They also probably limited the top speed
of it to 138Mph or so... so that the cooling
system doesn't get hit to hard LOL
The new version is not coming to Europe, well that
is good news cause the styling will not work here.
So... well for $26000 a very good car in my opinion
for the US market where 0-60 times rule... as to
using 6 gears on it... well sounds better then 5
even if 5 with more torque will get you the same
results.
And then... thumbs up to Honda, their new Civic Type R
is one hell of a car. Good brakes, good handling and
all, noisy inside... oh well. Only bad thing... it's FWD
and well... for that money one can also own a Integrale
like I do... which is in a different leage when it comes
to mountain road performance. In the end I also dislike
high rpm engines like Honda likes to build em... no torque
and power losses at altitude are steep. But some people
hate turbos so...
... hmmm.... Oh well yes I am a Turbo addict :)

Coolknigt
