I've done this on a '94 NG900. Luckily I haven't had to do it yet on my '03 Aero. Taking off the door panel is pretty easy. There are screws in the door handle and one beyond the door latch. On the bottom of the inside door panel there are some clips. Pull everything apart gently and you won't break anything.
Replace the two green plastic rollers, which just snap in. I found the hardest part was slowly manipulating the window glass back into the track.
On my '94 I found two pairs of broken rollers in the bottom of the door! This is a really weak part for something that undergoes repeated stress. Saab has been using this design for many years. They should make the rollers out of aluminum so they'll last forever and not annoy their customers.
One ironclad law of the little plastic rollers is that they break during a rainstorm or other bad weather. Mine broke when it was snowing and about 10 degrees outside. Fun.
BTW -- as winter approaches if your window gets frozen in place DON'T force it -- the rollers will break away again. At least I guess that's cheaper than a new window motor.
