Eeeh, I think if I were you I would let the insurance company take it. How far did the water get up to? Those computers are ridiculously expensive and getting anything else wet can open up a whole new can of worms in the future. Electronics really don't like water. While the mileage was pretty low for a 1999, and you would have probably gotten a lot more use out of it, I think it would be better to get rid of it. Having a salvage title when you want to sell a car does not help much at all. A long time ago we looked at a Nissan Maxima, we were all set to buy it, in fact we were picking it up and the guy pulled out the title which said "salvage/rebuilt." We immediately told the guy to VOID our deposit and we were outta' there. And Saabs aren't too easy to sell in the first place. I don't know, see what other people say. I am on the fence leaning toward the "let the insurance company take it."
