...The Bluetooth solution sounds fine for hands-free cell phone use and the like, but will it give me quick, one-touch of a button, help when I have a problem with my Saab? When our '99 would'nt start while we on a trip from the midwest to New England, ONSTAR got us through to factory rep who,in turn, patched us through to a service advisor at a dealership close to where we were stalled. He talked us through getting the car started again and we were on our way. Again, this summer, when the thermostat on our '03 began to act stangely while we were on a trip to nothern Wisconsin, a push of the ONSTAR button brought a solution. I was even able to make a service appointment with our local realer with that one call. Oh,and I did'nt mention that the though the ONSTAR connection was'nt the greatest, we had no cell phone coverage at all at that point on our trip! So yes, I will be sad.
