I think I may have a similar problem.
I got home tonight after a 30 mile drive and checked the rotor temp with my hand. The left one was warm, but the passenger side was hot, couldn’t even keep my hand on it.
They are brand new Zimmerman rotors. I did see a machining mark on it for balancing. Wonder if one of my calipers is bad or if the rotor slipped through quality control?
