I just went thru this issue.
There are 3 mounts in total, you missed one just above the steering rack (center of the car width.)
WIS says both pass-side and center mounts are hydraulic, so your finding may indicate the failed mount. Check the clearance between the upper rubber flange and the U-casting at the pass-side mount. I replaced mine, and the gap was reduced with new one, approx from 5mm to 1mm. leaked/ flattened mount should produce more gap there. My mount was not totally shot but has some comoression set.
With 40K miles on the clock, I did also cleaned throttle body and run 2 doses of Techron FI cleaner. All worked out to reduce the vibration thru steering wheel, but still not totally dead.... Then I test-drove 07 SportCombi and felt as much vibration as my 03 so I stopped worrying about it.
