Sorry, I can't remember if it is a separate pump for the rear and the front headlights, but you could have a problem in the line, or with the switch on the wiper stalk.
The rear line can freeze if not used, but unless you are in Alberta this week, I can't see that being the case. Make sure you use the right washer fluid for the season too.
And of course, the two jets on the wiper may be plugged from disuse by the previous owner. Pull the line off at the wiper, have someone else push the stalk button to see if you get fluid.
