Coolant By-pass valve. That's bound to go. I had that replaced on my 02 Arc. (But it's cheap and easy really. It however leaks coolant when it fails.)
Oh, and the exhaust system. It rusts easily on the V-6s.
And maybe the sway bars, but that's an easy repair.
Having said that, I've feel that a lot of the cars (I'm talking 02 Arcs here) had a lot of issues under warranty, but by 50k miles they pretty much will be fine. I got mine at 45k but my car also had a lot of randomness replaced too (like the oil cooler--and I probably should have replaced the a/c compressor because of a bearing issue while it was under warranty...but I didn't know about it. It may run fine forever.)
I've also already scheduled my appointment for the IDM recall. So that's an issue you won't have to worry about once yours gets replaced.
Ohio lemon laws only cover the first 18k on the odometer.
