Heck, this is the 2nd time for this, it last seized up about 6 weeks ago. What happened was water seeped past a rubber boot and froze the cable in place. The rear wheel were completely locked. This morning was 26F, what's the temperature where you are?
This morning the brake wasn't completely releasing but the wheels could turn. Going about 10' in reverse would free the brake, and after a few rounds of reversing/driving 30 feet til it would grab again the brake finally freed itself.
I'm still under the CPO warranty so it's back at the dealer.
