I believe this is what you describe. It consists of a small plastic check-valve with 8-inch lengths of 1/4-inch rubber hose attached to each end. It runs from the PCV connector on the valve cover to the throttle body. Cost from internet discounters is ~$35, plan of paying the Dealer ~$45 for it. These hoses need to be replaced every 3 years or so due to rot and deterioration.
But while you are replacing this hose, will you be replacing the entire PCV system? Saab has released a new (and hopefully final) update #6 for this system which includes a new oil trap and new (rerouted) hoses. This kit costs ~$55 from internet discounters. You will still require the small hose and valve assembly as it is not in the kit, and another larger hose too I believe.
