It's nothing confusing about those part numbers.
Part numbers are an ever evolving thing that keeps changing every other year or so all depending on upgrades and such or if the car brand is taken over by another company like in the Saab GM case and that GM start to implement their own numbers.
In this case, the 4613907 is an old number that has been superseded to a kit which includes 4633848 (screw), 4869319 (control unit) and 517174 (cover).
Some use the old number and some use the new number when selling, that's the beauty of online shopping compared to buying everything from the dealer.
My guess is that the fan motor is bad.
