They were removed from the 9-5 in either 2001 or 2002.. You may be able to add them to your car. Assuming the lamps are included in the foglamp assembly you will need to replace your current foglamps with the 1998 thru 2000 versions at $150+ apiece, or you can use a Dremel tool and carefully carve out the necessary cam-lobed openings in the bottom of your existing fog lamps. (I know this is possible because I bought an aftermarket 2001+ version to replace a broken foglamp on my 2000 and had to modify the housing to fit the now dangling lamp).
You will then require two lamp holders for the cornering lamps, and one or two front wiring harness extensions to power up the lamps.
All this assumes the on-board electronics either don't need to be, or can readily be, reprogrammed to turn on the cornering lamps when you shift into reverse or activate your turn signals.
Unless you have reaady access to a junked 9-5 with these parts it probably isn't worth the time and expense to add two lamps which you may not be able to activate.
