that creamy whiteish stuff is from condensation or coolant. its most likely condensation and a sign that the engine rarely warms up fully.
I had this on a C900 (though this is not specific to Saab's) when I lived very close to work. I shortened the oil change interval (every 2000 miles maybe?) and that cleared it up.
one caveat: if you are making very short trips you are risk for *real* sludge. so do change the oil frequently and do use an excellent oil, and do document all of your oil changes.
