Let me answer a couple of the questions.
If you already have new head bolts installed and torqued to spec, it is nothing more you can do short of changing the head gasket, so leave that alone for now. The shop might not know about that you already have had the bolts changed.
Install the newest PCV update and see if that might slow down the oil leak.
Serpentine belts are always cracked and that is not a problem, the two idler pulleys go bad long before the belt is done for.
