The same thing happened to my 02 Linear. My mech said it was either the Fuel pump, the Direct Igniton Cassette, or the Crank position Sensor. It ended up being the CPS on mine. It was replaced and now all is well. They are all "relatively" inexpensive repairs. Mine initially didn't throw codes, but eventually did. I forget what the code # was. My mech first tested fuel pressure to ensure it wasn't the fuel pump. After that he happened to have a spare DI cassette laying around, and put it in. The car still wouldn't start. After that he knew it had to be the CPS. I would concentrate on the CPS. Good luck
