Worn Motor Mount Symptoms

My '02 Aero (w/ Talieferro manual trans mount bushing) exhibits some clutch judder and some drivetrain movement (56K). The 9000s were often wearing the upper right mount which was a combination of a weak design and lots of stress. Can one easily test the upper right mount on a 9-5 for wear and is 56K about right for replacement(presumably consistent with the symptoms described above)? Thanks, this board rules!
