9-5 needs throttle body. None in sight...

so my 2001 9-5 with the V6 needs a new throttle body at 90,000 miles.
I've called every saab mechanic and dealer within 2 hours of me, and they all say it's on national back order. one dealer says they should have them here next week, everyone else is saying 2-3 weeks out.
meanwhile, the 9-5 has the CEL on.
Is this a common problem with this few of miles, and is it okay to drive it like this for 2-3 weeks?
..not happy...
