2002 Aero is a good car, but with that mileage you could be looking at some serious maintenance expenses. Check to see if this has been done, because if not you need to do it around 140K:

Serp belt and pulleys -- $300- $400
Shocks -- likely around $350 rear and more up front
DIC -- should be covered under recall
Exhaust -- a few hundred
Tires -- likely to be ready for the fourth or fifth set, around $500
Major tuneup -- $300 - $400 not including the belt
Brakes -- pads, at least, maybe rotors $several

So, if the car has a good oil change history and is otherwise in good shape, you could be looking at $2000+ in maintenance and replaceables. That makes it a $9500 car. Still alot of car for the money, but go into it with your eyes open.
