As a precaution, check the oil a few times (via dipstick). If the oil appears to be a little light in color (like the color and consistency of a Wendy's Frosty) then the water made it into the cylinders and past the oil rings. If your car did not hyrdo-lock, then this probably did not happen. Though, if it did, you should immediately change the oil and filter, run the car for a few minutes, then do it again.
I say this from experience, because I recently forged a puddle so deep that it locked up. My oil looked exactly like a chocolate milkshake.
