you a lot. Certainly enough for a motor with only 35K miles on it.
I try to do oil changes every 5K or 7.5K miles using full synthetic. And if you buy this one that's what I'd recommend for you as well. But even if the previous owner only had those two oil changes done, the car isn't that old, and I doubt it's had much of a chance to develop a lasting problem.
If the car otherwise looks right for the money, go for it.
BTW, who is the dealer?
