I broke down (IDM) the Friday before a long weekend, 1/2 mile from Woodworth. Not knowing, i had the car towed. They refused to look at the car, refused to call Saab about the recall, but would "set me up" with a rental. Being so late i got a 3/4 ton pickup from the rental place. Once the car arrived and they asked for my credit card i told the rental shop this would be taken care of by Woodworth. NOT! Being 7:15pm on Friday before a long weekend and still 90 miles from home Woodworth told me they do not have or pay for loaners. I asked for my car back and i would pay cash for the IDM and get on my way. They said the garage and parts was now closed and i could not get my car back.
I have never been so mad in my life. Completly screwed and in a rock and a hard spot i left for the weekend and made it quite clear that i would be back first thing Tuesday morning for my car. When i arrived Tuesday they had not starting working on my car and informed me they would not be able to look at it till Thursday. Again demanded my car and i would purchase a IDM, but now i am told the IDM's where back ordered.
RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM WOODWORTH AS YOU CAN!
