I did mine at home without press. Was a total pain in the... Spend the 200 for a shop to do it. 100% worth it. If it was a 00+ I think that the web sites sell the hold hub put together for like 100 bucks. i would do that but as you have the 99 like me you will have to buy the 40 buck part and 100+ installation costs. I have heard that if you drive to long on the bad bearing you can end up having to get a new hub... not cheap on the 99 I bet.
