I need help with glass...

I finally found a reputable glass shop. One that is not a fly by night operation and doesn't let you drive off with the car in "one hour". They don't resuse pich trays or whatever they're called and they have the car set overnight.
My Geico deductible is $200. I called them and asked for a cash quote.
I got $275 for supposedly OEM spec rainsensor wiper compatible Chinese glass and $425 for OEM Spec Sekurit. Since he was so knowledgeable I asked about PPG glass. First he said there is no PPG for this car and then made some calls. He came back and said that their PPG is made in China now or whatnot.
I then told him that I will be using Geico and an amazing thing happened; the price quote stayed the same! Which I thought was odd. He then told me that they work for the Saab dealer and participate in the Geico plan. Alright, so by now not only am I sold, I'm salivating to get the car in.... He then told me that he would not put the cheaper glass in his own car. I said I'd go with Geico who said they will get me "OEM equivalent" glass, he then tells me that from his experience a car has to be younger than two years to get OEM spec, because after two years aftermarket becomes available and they go with that....bastardos...
Sekurit is $150 more than the mystery supposed Chinese made PPG. I don't want Sekurit, I want that american made PPG glass everybody is raving about here....
Can I find my own good spec PPG and bring it to them? Do people do that?
Thanks for your time!
