You should be able to load that on your roof rails, without any problems. If it is only foam, it will sit nicely on the roof.
I have had large loads in the back of my two 9-5 wagons. But I have two Thule carriers, permananently mounted.
You can take the rear neck restraints off (push the Saab key into the slot at the base, and pull up and out), and/or remove the seat bases (don't forget to unplug the heated seat connections first), to get a bit more room.
If it is a foam mattress, it should flex nicely. If it has coils, it may not be flexible enought. For a box spring, you may be out of luck.
