Do you have a written statement from the "independent dealer" stating that there is no sludge problem? If so, get an attorney and let him deal with it. If not, do you have maintenance records showing 5000 mile oil changes? Do you have maintenance records showing 10,000 mile oil changes and documentation that the vehicle was not exposed to "severe service" (car manufacturers' code for normal driving)? If so, then you are covered by SaabUSA. Three "no" answers and you are sol. Sorry.
