you have a choice of long or short belt. The short belt bypasses the center pulley (thus eliminating the need to replace or worry about it). however the long belt helps to dampen the vibration in an already "vibratey" engine.
so I would go with the long belt. I replace all 3 pulleys at 60k, but some consider that overkill. At the very least replace the small upper idler.
replacing the waterpump every 60k sounds like overkill to me. The water pump generally fails slowly with warning. so it wont leave you stranded unless you are remarkably inattentive.
