I have the stock 00 Aero wheels (Klingon style) and did the same thing (actually bent BOTH front wheels - ouch). Also had a flat on a separate incident.
I was able to find one at TireRack.Com and it was the cheapest source but would have delayed things a couple days and I REALLY wanted my car back. A local dealer here said they always carried 1 of all current tires and sure enough, they had one for me (at a price premium - but I got my car back that day, was worth the extra $40 to me).
Do you use the Michelin Pilot HX or does the BBS package include a different tire also? If you don't mind the shipping expense, one of my local dealers might still have one to sell you (again, at a premium). They are Morries Saab/Kia (really...) in Minnetonka, MN. They can be reached at 763-544-0096. Meyer Saab might also be able to help and I like to support them whenever possible (as they support the local Minnesota Saab club). You could give them a call at 641-737-2239.
Good luck!
Bryce
