I did mine last week. About an hour to do. The only problem I had was with the hose clamps...if you have a tool, it would be much easier. I used a vice grip, which was not so bad.
Please search the board for heater bypass valve. There are several instructions listed. TheSaabSite.com has pictures of the repair.
