As mentioned the question is why low miles. If driven just couple miles each day that can be hard. If driven seldom but more reasonable miles that can be a good find although sitting also has an effect it can still be preferred to normal use. The other thing is maintenance. With limited mileage did they at least change oil and the like reasonably often or did they go strictly by the miles. Be sure car got reasonable care.
Personally at the moment I have what is the local car and the 9-5 is the hyway car. The mileage is realively low on the 9-5 but most of it gets added on trips of a couple hundred miles and it doesn't sit for real long periods between use. So to this point relatively low miles under the best conditions for it.
