Help!! Wheel feels like falling off 2006 Aero Wagon

Suddenly one day steering felt jittery. Handling became suspicious after being fantastic. Felt vibration in wheels at certain speeds. I thought a wheel weight fell off right. Took into dealer. Checked all wheels for balance and rotated them and pronounced it cured. No change in the vibration or the jittery steering. I took it to an independent tire place I go to that does a fancy balance under load. No change.
Went on vacation and am currently in Colorado. At 70 -80 MPH if the road is bumpyj or wavy at all it sets up terrible wobble or rattle of the front right wheel to the point where it feels like it could fall off. If the road is perfectly smooth it is fine.
Thinking about trying to find a local Saab dealer to check it out before return trip but does this make sense to anyone? Anything with the ESP possible? The strut?
You guys are the greatest and I know someone has run into this.
