Taking apart the wheels is very easy.
First, get the right size triple square bit, and remove all of the bolts (20 per wheel). Then once all the bolts are removed, take a rubber mallet and hit the inside of the center section, and it should pop right out the front of the wheel.
Then to put them back together, place the center section back in the "barrel" as BBS calls it, and put the bolts in to 5 ft lbs. DEFINITELY USE A TORQUE WRENCH WHEN PUTTING THESE BACK TOGETHER!!! Then go to 10ft lbs. then to 15, and finally to 22. maybe a little more, but BBS said they torque them to 22 when new. i think with the slight streching, 25 might be a better number. Also use some blue loctite liberally on the bolts when assembling. And go in a star pattern when tightening, just like tightening a lug nut.
