Here's one I haven't seen discussed. On the way home from the lake, towing the boat, I noticed a new rattle under the car. Forgot about it until my wife complained. A little investigation showed the exhaust heat shield over the center muffler has broken loose from nearly all its mounting nuts and is hanging on the exhaust system. It will be easy to fix with some fender washers (as long as I don't break the studs the mounting nuts fasten to...)

Having said that, surely I will break at least one. They're the same as the studs that the fenderwell liners mount to - they appear welded to the body. Any options for replacing these once broken? I could drill and use sheet metal screws but that's kinda butchery.
