2001 V6 - very jerky ride

A few weeks ago the CEL came on. A friend had a scanner so we checked the codes and it was P0455. The light reset it self a day later. The CEL, with the same code, has been on and off since then. For the rest I didn't notice anything. Then suddenly the car started to run very jerky/rough when I lift to foot from the throttle. So this can be at idle (at a traffic light) or coasting at 70 MPH.
Then suddenly all was fine again for days. But we just got home and the last 10 minutes on the freeway were scary. I thought I wouldn't make it. A very jerky ride (at about 65/75 MPH). If I need power, I could press the gas pedal and all was fine but then when I lifted my right foot it was jerky again.
The turbo gauge is also 'swinging' when it is jerking.

Will bring it to the shop tomorrow morning (got already appointment) but was wondering what it could be.

This is a 2001 9-5 SE Wagon, so it has the V6. It has 85200 miles.

Some research on this board shows that the throttle body might be the cause. Or some other vacuum (hoses) leak.
