Alignment question...

Hi guys,
I picked my car up from the shop today. It was after six so keys were at the gas station, car parked on street. I paid and drove home. Upon closer inspection of my computer printout I noticed that the top read:
***Saab w 17" wheels: 1999-2005 except sport suspension***
I have a 2003 9-5 Aero with the stock 17" rims. Does the Aero designation count as "sport suspension"? I'll ask on Monday if they used the vin to identify but was just curious....
Also, my right front wheel had a major impact with a pothole two years ago. i had them elongate the hole and manually adjust back into spec but I've noticed that after subsequent alignments that wheel is always off more than the other wheels.... why is this? Is this because they manually tighten the screws? Will it always slip out of alignment first?
Thanks!
