Code 08 fix - still issues

ACC showed code 13 and 08 and was blowing warm on driver's side. Using the board's instructions I pulled the motor and elbow. The stopping lever was broken, but shaft was ok. I put on a new lever, reindexed the motor(a 7mm wrench turns the motor easily), reinstalled and recalibrated 3 times. Stll get the same codes, but AC is now cold. Also, only my dash and rear vents seem to work. Can't get air out of floor or windshield defroster. Any ideas. Thanks
