I have purchased high temp red, yellow, silver etc spray paints fron Advance or O'Reilly and with wheel removal,a good exterior degreasing/scrubbing and carefull masking of all rubber and non-painted surfaces I've sprayed quite a few calipers on various cars including my NTM 9-5 last weekend.(I've never had calipers show surface rust on other cars) For the track it won't hold up(turns dark) but on the street it holds up very well with several coats. Is it as perfect as a removal and powder-coating of the caliper? Not at all. Does it take a total of 2-3 hours for 4 wheels and a total cost under $10 and look really good through the wheel?(if you mask well) You bet.
