You most likely don’t have it. I just installed Bluetooth into my 2007 Aero without OnStar. It was not wired with the Tel1 option. You need part #32025900, this is the Tel1 kit. You must crimp on some pins to wires in the kit and then the pins press into the back of the plug that goes into your stereo. The instructions show a special Saab tool for crimping, but I just used a pair of needle nose pliers and soldered them also. The radio has pins on the back for telephone mute and audio, but the plug that goes into the radio from the car are empty in those spots. The Tel1 kit populates those empty holes. You must also tap into a power and ground wire. The kit comes with all the parts needed and some extra parts for the 9-3 that you don’t need. The kit did not come with directions so make sure your dealer can kit the instructions also. I think GenuineSaab.com has the parts and the directions. The directions look intimidating, put most of the pages pertain to other model cars.
As far as the Saab Bluetooth kit goes. I got two from my local dealer and both of them were broken. The Saab style plug that goes into the Motorola Bluetooth box had to be wiggled and held at a certain angle for it to work. I sent them both back. After you install the Tel1 kit you can plug the Saab hands free adapter into it, and install whatever Bluetooth kit you want. I use one from Parrot that I had wired into the hands free harness of my 2003 wagon and it works great. Also, the Motorola kit that Saab uses is much cheaper if you buy the Motorola branded version.
