I have the Saab Akebono pads on the front which replaced the original OEM pads (still have OEMs on the back). I wouldn't say there is absolutely _NO_ dust, but it's very, very minimal compared to the OEM pads.
Also, considering the fronts get much nastier looking than the rear, my rear wheels (with the OEM pads) are noticeably more "dusty" than the fronts.
I'm very happy with the Akebono pads (stopping power, feel, and virtually dust free) and will put them on the back once they're in need.
