Sounds like it will be the front cover o-ring OR the oil cooler. So I'll try the easy one first.
I do have V E R Y slow depletion of coolant... maybe a cup every 6 months. However that has consistently been the case for 4 years. Oil leak is a new problem. I did a used oil analysis a couple years ago and no sign of glycol in the oil then.
