Oh yes. There is lots of oil in the throttle body. When I first noticed the blue smoke I was suspicious of the PCV system, even though there are rarely problems with that on the V6. I asked the dealer about it and he said if there was oil in the intake tube right before the TB it's the turbo (even though there would still be oil there with a PCV issue). I opened it up and oil dribbled out. I haven't noticed a problem with losing power after using lots of boost and I'm pretty sure I'm always burning some oil. When I'm stopped at a stop light with the windows down I can smell it, but there's no visible smoke. This morning I did some hard accelerations and let off the gas and didn't see anything- I will have to keep an eye out. Last night was just really scary- I looked like uncle Buck driving down the highway for a minute there. Seeing as the turbo is a good $2k to repair on the V6, and I am going off to freshman year at University of Connecticut this Friday, I don't think I can afford fix it anytime soon. Hopefully with some thicker oil I can squeak it through the next 4 years and when I graduate and get a high paying job (haha) maybe I'll get one of those 9-3 Aeros with the V6. mmmmm...
