99 9-5 turbo no power

I hope someone can help me here. I have a 1999 9-5 turbo four cylinder I think the engine size is a 2.3t. A while back I blow the turbo, I know the turbo was bad as when we removed it part of one of the compressor blades was in pieces inside the turbo. As part of replacing the Turbo I installed new plugs, changed the oil (using Mobile 1 synthetic) and changed the coolant. I also had to replace the Cat as it was clogged with oil. Currently the car will start and run but when I try to drive it, there is no power. I can’t even get up to 25 MPH.
I am getting an engine check light with the codes of 300 & 1300. I am told that the codes translate to primary coil failure and multiple misfires. I replaced the Ignition Control Module, but am still having the same problems. After talking with two SAAB dealers, I replaced the plugs a second time (I have checked and they are the dealer recommended plugs) I also checked the compression with all four readings between 150 and 160.
It all started when the turbo blow. The car was running great up to that point. I had noticed some hesitancy under heavy acceleration, such as getting up to freeway speed quick (short on-ramps.) I can’t help but think that it is some connector we left off when we replaced the turbo. I am hoping that someone on this group has a bright idea of what I can try to fix this. I am out of ideas, I don’t know what else to try.
Thanks for any help or advice
Ed
