I bought a set of Dunlop winter sport M3's from Tire Rack in the spring. I had them on the car for just two weeks before the temperatures soared and the summer tires went back on.
The M3's are rated very high by tire Rack customers, but I don't have enough experience with them yet to support or dispute their ranking. The price was great though!
I have used Nolian Hakka Q's, Semperit Winter Sports, and now the Dunlop M3's on my base model 2000 9-5. I much prefer the H-rated tires for my winter driving needs which is primarily expressways.
